We believe that our country has good conditions for a good future! But we also believe that we talk, read, see and hear far too little about it!
Of course there are real problems, high hurdles, stupid setbacks and looming abysses. We all experience them every day. But there are also people and organizations that get around hurdles, parry setbacks with the forehand or use abysses to gain momentum. We founded the optimism project "6.0" for these stories. On sechsnull.de we show what the future can bring in a fact-based but confident way. For example this:
Light at the end of the tunnel. A unique machine generates the most intense X-ray light in the world 34 meters below the Hamburg district of Bahrenfeld. Physicists, biologists, chemists and doctors from all over the world come together there to make discoveries that will determine our future.
Digitalization and demography are a dream couple . Germany is complaining: Help, digitalization is taking away our jobs! Help, demography is taking away our workers! Relax, says Professor Thomas Straubhaar and explains in an interview why this is all great.
Absolute freedom . The mechanical engineering company Festo has discovered a means of giving German inventiveness its spurs: freedom. The future makers at the bionics laboratory in Esslingen, Swabia, have no timelines, no roadmaps and not even a cleaning week.
The beginning has been made! Little by little, we want to report on sixnull.de futures: with good cheer about people, companies and institutions that are shaping our world of tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. Take a look, talk about it - and if you know a good future story, please let us know. 6.0: We show the future.
